This study investigates the impact of renewable energy consumption and health expenditures on enhancing the load capacity factor, a comprehensive environmental quality indicator, in ASEAN Countries between 1980 and 2018, using advanced panel techniques to address econometric challenges and finds that increased renewable energy consumption and health expenditures positively influence the load capacity factor, while economic growth has a negative effect, suggesting the need for government investment in renewable energy and healthcare for improved environmental quality.
