Badariah Yosiyana is Southeast Asia Programme Officer at International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA). She oversees the Agency’s work on supporting Southeast Asia in the development and implementation of national and regional renewable energy strategies and programmes through IRENA’s regional initiatives. She completed her Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (Indonesia), and Master degree in Environmental Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. Prior to IRENA, she worked with various international organisation including GIZ, ACE and JICA.
Dr Roman Vakulchuk is Senior Research Fellow at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI). He holds a PhD degree in Economics from Jacobs University Bremen in Germany. Vakulchuk has served as project leader and expert in research projects organized by, inter alia, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Global Development Network (GDN), the German Development Cooperation (GIZ), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway, the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad), the Natural Resource Governance Institute (NRGI), the OECD, the Research Council of Norway, and the World Bank.
Dr Zulfikar Yurnaidi is Senior Officer of Sustainable Energy, Renewable Energy, and Energy Efficiency Department, also Senior Research Analyst of the ASEAN Climate Change and Energy Project (ACCEPT), ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE). He got his Ph.D. from Department of Energy Studies, Ajou University. Prior to ACE, he was a researcher in Green Technology Center (GTC) Korea. He also taught several classes in Ajou University. In ACCEPT, Zulfikar conducts research and cooperation activities to inject climate change perspective in ASEAN energy sector and improve the linkage between the two.

Nadhilah Shani is Technical Officer of Modelling, Policy, and Planning (Department) of the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE). She obtained her Master degree from TU Delft, Netherland majoring in Sustainable Energy Technology. Prior to ACE, she worked in solar energy sector as a PV system engineer. Since joining ACE, she works mostly in doing research about RE policies in ASEAN. She is now in-charge for managing ASEAN Energy Database System and its derivative products such as ACE Energy Insights.
