The fifth ARNECC Paper Talks will discuss a recent article on A cross-country comparison of compensation mechanisms for distributed photovoltaics in the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam which published at Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, volume 145. This paper discusses the experiences and barriers of distributed photovoltaics development in 3 ASEAN member states, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, and the assessment of customer economics under various compensation mechanisms.
