Abstract

This study explores the potential of wireless power transmission (WPT) as a sustainable solution for urban environments in the ASEAN region. With rapid urbanization and increasing energy demands, traditional methods of power transmission face challenges such as land constraints, infrastructure costs, and environmental impacts. Wireless power transmission offers a promising alternative by enabling efficient, flexible, and eco-friendly energy distribution. This study reviews the current state of WPT technologies, discusses their suitability for urban environments in ASEAN, examines challenges and opportunities, and proposes strategies for implementation and adoption.
