Special SOME and Associated Meetings

Description

2020 Special SOME and its Associated Meetings are the annual meetings of the ASEAN Official on Energy Sector to discuss the guideline and directive from the 37th ASEAN Ministers on Energy Meeting (AMEM), October 2019, as well as discussing the priority programme and working plan for 2020 for all programme areas and its related projects. This include the Work Plan of ACCEPT for 2020.

In the Special SOME, it is scheduled as well the presentation and discussion about the development of the ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation (APAEC) 2016-2025 Phase II: 2021-2025. ACCEPT is involving in the development of the APAEC Phase 2 to provide input and suggestion for improving the coherence of ASEAN energy policy and climate change in the document.
