The ACCEPT project helps ACE improve the effectiveness of institutional governance when dealing with climate-related energy issues. The project promotes the integration of energy and climate policy through the involvement of key ASEAN stakeholders. It also promotes public engagement to increase awareness of the importance of the energy-climate nexus, as well as gender equality in the energy sector.
To support knowledge-building on the energy-climate nexus, ACCEPT II invites researchers to submit proposals that fulfil the following criteria:
Thematic Topic Selection
The purpose of this call for papers is to explore the intersection of energy and climate policies and technologies that are pivotal in steering ASEAN countries towards their net-zero targets. We welcome original research, case studies, reviews, and perspective pieces on a wide range of related topics, including but not limited to:
Policy and Governance
Technology and Innovation
Finance and Economics
Social and Equity Dimension
We welcome original research, case studies, and reviews on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to energy policy, climate policy, low-carbon energy technologies, climate finance, stranded assets, just energy transitions, inclusivity and gender equality in the energy transition.
