Description

The tenth series of ARNECC Paper Talks will discuss the topic of “Inter-comparison of transboundary atmospheric dispersion calculations: A summary of outputs from the ASEAN NPSR benchmark exercise”. This study presents the dispersion pathway if a hypothetical nuclear accident happens in Fangchenggang nuclear power plant. The output can be used to design appropriate risk communication strategy to mitigate public anxiety or to plan extensive radiation monitoring capability.
The two authors, Dr Kampanart Silva of National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and Mr Wasin Vechgama of Thailand Institute of Nuclear Technology (TINT), will jointly present the key findings and recommendations of this study. We are pleased to invite you to join this discussion!
